Missy Carter\u00a0<\/strong>is currently a K9 officer with Union County Sheriff\u2019s Dept., Tennessee. She is a founding member of Tennessee Area Search and Rescue and on Knoxville Police Dept\u2019s Search and Rescue team. Missy and her Bloodhound Josey have also assisted the US Marshal\u2019s Service, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and several surrounding counties with K9 Searches and Forensic detection.
