Marvin Carter\u00a0is currently a Deputy with the Union Co. Sheriff\u2019s Office in TN. He is currently the K9 Training Officer for the department where he teaches all disciplines for a patrol dog such as trailing, detection, apprehension, area\/article search, and building search.\u00a0 He currently has two operational K9\u2019s which he uses, ROGUE (Bloodhound) and QUANNAH (GSD). Deputy Carter provides mutual aid to many departments in TN as well as KY.<\/p>\n
With over 250 K9 deployments he hopes to pass along his experiences both good and bad to\u00a0hopefully strengthen K9 teams of all types. He currently provides training to Military, Law Enforcement, and Civilian SAR in the areas of trailing and detection.<\/p>\n
